Laboratory
AUECC laboratories provide internal services of quality control, in process testing and final product quality guarantee. Our laboratory method detection limits are below part per trillion in the case of trace metals which makes AUECC external services highly sought by a range of external customers in the electronics and environmental industries.
Analysis capabilities
- The AUECC Laboratories in Taiwan, China and the United States are the most advanced full-service laboratories in the industry.
- The state-of-the-art instrumentation enables high throughput, reliable analytical capabilities for supporting ultra high purity chemical manufacturing and customer use.
- The laboratories are constructed with corrosion resistant , non-particle-emitting materials. With environmental controls meeting Class 100 and Class 1000 clean rooms and Class 1 preparation hoods, the laboratories enable samples to be tested in an ultra pure environment.
Equipment
In terms of analytical technology, all incoming lab hoods, furniture, instrumentation, peripherals and accessories have been qualified with detailed measurement before commissioning of the AUECC laboratory begins.
The laboratory is equipped with the latest available instrumentation to ensure the strict quality control.
IC(Ion Chromatography)
Determine the anion impurity. Class 1000 clean room environment with segregated sample preparation to ensure test results are representative of the final product and reduce process variation.
Autotitrator
Determination of multi-component aqueous chemical concentrations. Accuracy within 0.01%.
GC
Determination of multi-component solvent concentrations. Accuracy within 0.01%.
ICP-OES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer)
Determine trace metal impurity below 1 part per billion.
ICP-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer)
Determine trace metal impurity below part per trillion.
Clean box
Class 1 clean room sample preparation hoods, which are segregated by chemical components to test results are representative of the final product and reduce process variation.
ICP-MS/MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass/Mass Spectrometer)
Determine trace metal impurity at parts per quadrillion.
